Good to know
We’ve summarised all of the things you need to know into one overview for you here:
- Need to take your four-legged friend with you? You can do that! However, only upon request and at an extra cost of € 20.- per dog / per day. Make sure to bring any things you need such as a dog bowl, basket, blanket or any other dog care items. We ask for your understanding should we need to charge for any damage or extra cleaning necessary.
- Arrival/departure: Your room will be ready for you to check in from 4 pm! On departure day please check out by 10 am.
- And: For people who have booked with us directly, you can park your car, depending on availability and pre-registration in our underground car park for free. There’s also some very fine wine to taste – KOSIS Cuvée Heideboden!

- Our prices are per person & per night incl. half board.
- Prices are excluded local tax.
Thats € 1,50 per adult (from 15 years) and per night. - For bookings that only include breakfast, we will reduce the cost by € 20.- to € 25.- per person per night.
- For singles who want to use a double room, there is an extra charge of € 25.- per night.
- For the preparation of vegan food we charge an extra fee of € 15.- per person & night.

Rates for children
Valid for rooms with two full-paying guests
- Children up to 3 years old stay for no extra cost
- Children from 4 to 8 years old receive a 60 % discount
- Children from 9 to 14 years old receive a 40 % discount
- Guests from 15 years old receive a 10 % discount
Our new cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation …
The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we have to charge 90% of the total price. A non-arrival and a early departure will be charged with 100%.
In order to be covered in case of unforeseen happenings, we recommend taking out insurance – hotel cancellation plus insurance, which offers much more than just cancellation protection!
We can sort out an insurance policy for you at the European Insurance company, or just take out a policy yourself!
