| The highest possible hygiene standards and compliance with all guidelines are a matter of course for us. We have placed 20 disinfection dispensers in the house. (hotel entrance, entrance underground parking into the hotel, dining rooms, KOSIS Lifestyle Spa, fitness room, elevators, …) A thermal imaging camera is available for your use in the KOSIS lobby. This is used to detect elevated body temperature, so we can react quickly and efficiently in a suspected case. Thomas Huber, our managing director is COVID-19 representative and his tasks also include the implementation of the COVID-19 prevention concept. Our entire KOSIS team regularly takes a PCR test through the federal government’s Safe Hospitality Initiative. We have summarized the most important information for you at a glance:
- Your four-legged darlings should go on vacation with you? Possible! But only on request in certain room categories and for an extra charge of € 21.00 per dog per day. Just bring your own basket, blanket & food. We ask for your understanding that we have to charge separately for any damage or special cleaning!
- Arrival / Departure: We will have your room ready for you on the day of arrival from 16.00 o’clock! On the day of departure the room will be at your disposal until 10.00 am.
- And: For direct bookers we have a very special treat! Depending on availability, you can park for free in our underground parking garage and enjoy a tasting of our piping fine KOSIS Cuvée Heideboden!

- Our prices are per person & night incl. Half board.
- Prices are exclusive local tax!
The local tax is € 1,50 per adult & night (from 15 years). - For bookings with breakfast only we deduct € 30,00 per person & night.
- For a double room for single use we charge an additional € 27.00 per night.
Winter

- Children up to 3 years stay with us free of charge
- Children from 4 to 8 years get 60% discount
- Children from 9 to 14 years get 40% discount
- Guests from 15 years get 10% discount
Our new cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation …
…the following cancellation conditions apply :
- The booking can be canceled free of charge until 28 days before arrival.
- Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival will be charged with 50% of the tour price.
- Later cancellations will be charged 90% of the tour price.
- No-shows and early departures will be charged 100%.
To be on the safe side, we recommend an insurance – the Hotelstorno Plus insurance offers you much more than just a cancellation protection!
We can arrange insurance for you with Europäische Versicherung, or you can simply arrange it yourself!
